Large Office Space Build Out in Florida

Our team recently completed a 30,000 sq. ft. build-out of an office space! This included framing out walls, installing drywall, and much, much more!

We undertook an extensive project involving a 30,000-square-foot office build-out, transforming the space into a functional and updated work environment.

Firstly, we framed out the walls to create new offices within the space.  To support modern office operations, we ran all IT cables throughout the area, establishing a robust network infrastructure to facilitate seamless communication and connectivity. Simultaneously, we installed new electrical systems, guaranteeing a reliable and efficient power supply to accommodate the office's technology requirements.

Commercial bathrooms were a vital aspect of this project. We handled the plumbing installation for these bathrooms, ensuring they met the necessary commercial standards for functionality and accessibility.

To maintain a comfortable climate within the office, we ran ductwork to regulate air circulation and temperature, contributing to a conducive work environment for all occupants.

We carried out drywall installation, painting, and carpeting, creating a visually appealing and comfortable workspace. Additionally, we installed durable luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring to withstand the demands of a busy office.

Lastly, we revamped the breakroom area with new cabinets and countertops, providing employees with a pleasant space to relax and rejuvenate.
