Fast progress in Lakewood Ranch! 🏗️✨

Lee Upshaw from AmEuro Construction gives us a walkthrough of the new Dr. Akers Dental Office renovation. In just about three and a half days, we’ve gone from slab work to full metal framing!

Here’s what’s wrapped up so far: 🔹 Underground utility work, inspections, & termite treatment 🔹 Concrete pour completed & slab lines popped for wall layouts 🔹 Framing fully installed throughout 🔹 Underground lines set for compressed air, water, electrical, & IT in the treatment rooms

Next up: Overhead med-gas routing and the secondary rough-in phase for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. We’re rolling! 🛠️
