Project Spotlight: Concrete Day at Dr. Akers’ New Dental Office in Lakewood Ranch

Major progress is happening on-site in Lakewood Ranch, Florida! The AmEuro Construction team reached a significant project milestone today with the foundation slab pour for Dr. Akers’ upcoming dental practice.

Pouring a commercial slab requires precision, coordination, and a dedicated crew working in tight sequence. Here is a look at our project timeline over the coming days:

• Day 1 (Pour & Finish): Placing the concrete mix, grading, and running the power trowel to achieve a smooth, durable, level finish ready for interior buildouts.

• Day 2 (Control Cuts): Saw-cutting expansion and control joints into the cured slab to prevent cracking and ensure long-term structural integrity.

• Day 3 (Framing Prep): Popping chalk lines across the floor layout and staging materials to immediately kick off wall framing.
