Siesta Key - Condo Renovation from Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton

We’re back in Siesta Key helping one of our longtime clients recover after being hit by both Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. This full condo restoration is well underway—from reinstalling kitchen cabinetry, countertops, and appliances to upgrading the bathrooms with new tile, vanities, and fixtures. Out on the patio, new flooring has been laid and final touches like paint and screens are up next. Inside, wide LVP planks give the space a refreshed look, and furniture deliveries are beginning to arrive. We’re proud of the progress and grateful to help bring this home back to life.
