Another healthcare buildout is officially underway for the AmEuro Construction team in Palmetto, Florida.
With all municipal permits approved and in place, our crews have mobilized on-site for Day 1 of demolition. Preparing a commercial space for specialized dental and medical operatories requires methodical planning right from the start.
Day 1 Objectives:
Demolition Mapping: Surveying and spray-marking non-load-bearing walls, partitions, and outdated interior finishes scheduled for removal.
Site Preparation: Clearing fixtures and clearing sightlines to prepare the footprint for precision underground mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough-ins.
Safety & Workflow Coordination: Setting up debris paths and safety perimeters to ensure a clean, efficient tear-out phase.
