The first major milestone is in the books for the new Dr. Rennie dental practice in Palmetto, Florida. Our team has officially completed the full interior demolition, delivering an open shell ready for custom medical infrastructure.
Key Progress Highlights:
Rapid Turnaround: Completed the complete teardown and site clearing within a 5-day window.
Exposing Key Systems: Stripped out obsolete partitions and suspended ceilings to access main HVAC runs, overhead conduit, and structural points for upcoming modifications.
Sub-Floor Preparation: Cleared the concrete slab to enable precision layout marking for operatories, sterilization bays, and administrative suites.
With demo wrapped, the next steps include high-resolution slab X-ray scanning, followed by concrete trenching for underground medical gas, water, suction, and sewer lines.
