We’ve recently wrapped up the complete demolition phase for Dr. Rennie’s new office in Palmetto, Florida—completing the entire tear-out in just five days. With the space cleared, the floor plan is fully laid out on the slab, marking the precise locations for future operatory suites, lab areas, and treatment rooms.
Next Steps & Site Safety Before breaking ground on underground mechanicals, precision scanning is essential:
Slab X-Ray Scanning: Scanning the existing slab to locate buried electrical conduits and active water lines, protecting our crew and neighboring commercial units.
Concrete Cutting & Trenching: Saw-cutting the slab to install essential sub-floor infrastructure, including dental suction lines, water feeds, sewer connections, and medical gas lines.
