AmEuro Completes Roof Restoration at Myakka Pines Golf

We are very proud to announce that our team has completed our roof restoration project at Myakka Pines Golf Club. After extensive damage to their clubhouse caused by Hurricane Ian, we conducted a complete overhaul with upgraded materials that are more durable, energy-efficient, and cost-effective.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, Myakka Pines Golf Club's clubhouse has emerged from the devastation with a remarkable transformation. Recognizing the need for resilience against future weather challenges, AmEuro completed a full restoration of the roof of the clubhouse. The clubhouse features staff offices, meeting rooms, a pro shop, a restaurant, and more and sits as the first stop for most of the members of this beautiful course. In addition to repainting the exterior and extensive work to the interior including adding new carpeting, upgrading the insulation, and lighting fixtures, the clubhouse received a top-to-bottom makeover meant to last for years to come.

Our team installed a durable dove gray R-Panel Metal Roof that can withstand high winds up to 100 mph. The long-lasting standing seam metal roof is energy-efficient, long maintenance, and strong enough to combat the harshest of weather conditions.

Additionally, the clubhouse now boasts a new state-of-the-art HVAC system, ensuring optimal climate control for the comfort of patrons. The incorporation of sun-reflective TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin) material is not only cost-effective and energy-efficient but also contributes to cooling the interior of the building, particularly crucial during the warm Florida months. This combination of robust roofing and advanced climate control technologies not only strengthens the clubhouse's structural integrity but also enhances its overall functionality.
