Overview
The Clubside Apartments project in Venice, FL, presented an opportunity to entirely transform a 52-unit property. This expansive renovation started with a thorough interior remodel, which involved the replacement of the outdated polybutylene piping system.
The mold mitigation was another key focus, involving the careful removal of molded drywall throughout the units. Once mold was fully mitigated, we installed new insulation and drywall, enhancing both the aesthetics and safety of the units. Rotted floor trusses were also replaced to ensure structural integrity.
The project also included a comprehensive kitchen overhaul in each unit. We installed new kitchen cabinets, countertops, fixtures, appliances, and flooring, significantly updating and enhancing the heart of each home.
