California Apartment Renovation

Our team was tasked with executing a full-scale interior renovation of eight units. This comprehensive remodel included a complete overhaul of the existing interiors, starting with the installation of new cabinets, quartz countertops, sinks, and faucets in the kitchen and bathroom areas.

In addition, we laid new hardwood floors, providing an updated and modern look, while also ensuring durability and ease of maintenance. This was complemented by the installation of new carpeting in selected areas, enhancing the comfort and aesthetic appeal of the units.

To complete the fresh look we gave each unit a thorough paint job, creating a bright, clean, and welcoming environment.

The primary challenge in this project was managing an extensive renovation in a busy, high-density area like Beverly Hills while minimizing disruption to the other residents of the apartment complex. Additionally, performing all tasks in-house required tight coordination among various teams.

With meticulous planning and coordination, our in-house team successfully executed the project while ensuring minimal disturbance to other residents. The renovation was carried out efficiently and effectively, resulting in eight beautifully updated and modernized apartment units.

The apartments now boast fresh paint, new hardwood floors and carpeting, and modern, upgraded kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
