Overview
The Creekview Place Apartments presented a considerable project involving both interior and exterior renovations across all 200 units. On the exterior, our team handled the repair of all wood rot in the complex, rebuilt the patio enclosures, and gave the entire complex a fresh coat of paint. We constructed a new office for the complex and also designed and built a gazebo for the pool area to enhance communal spaces. Our team oversaw all the landscaping work to add the final touch of vibrancy to the property.
We performed comprehensive renovations inside each unit, including painting cabinets and the interiors, installing new countertops and flooring, replacing all interior doors and door hardware. Finally, we handled asphalt repairs and sealcoats to ensure safe and accessible parking for residents.
