Overview
The Westmoore Apartments project required an all-encompassing approach to renovate the interiors of 100 units. Our work started with the removal and replacement of polybutylene piping across the units, followed by mold remediation which involved removal of affected drywall, replacement of insulation, and installation of new drywall. We also tackled structural concerns, replacing rotted floor joist to ensure safety and longevity.
To rejuvenate the living spaces, we embarked on the complete renovation of each unit. This involved installing new kitchen cabinets, countertops, fixtures, appliances, and flooring, which transformed the units into contemporary, comfortable living environments.
