Exterior Renovation for Dental Office

The project involves revitalizing the exterior of a dental office by addressing various issues and making necessary improvements. Rotten wood will be carefully removed and replaced to maintain the building's structural integrity. The exterior will be refreshed with a professional pressure wash and a fresh coat of paint, including ceilings, walls, beams, and columns. Additionally, new gutters and downspouts will be installed to improve drainage. The upgrade to energy-efficient, recessed LED can light trims will enhance the building's lighting. Finally, a new panel box will be constructed, ensuring the electrical system's safety and reliability.

One of the main challenges faced during the project was the discovery of additional areas requiring attention beyond the consultation. This included replacing structural beams, over 400 sq. ft. of siding, soffit venting, along with various other structural elements. Also, the building needed to be carefully jacked up to remove and reinstall the rotted beams. Managing these unforeseen aspects while adhering to the project schedule posed significant challenges.
