The Work Continues at Myakka Pines Golf Club!

Our team is still hard at work at Myakka Pines Golf Club in Englewood, FL. We have much more work to do to restore this head-turning golf community back to form but we are so excited about our progress!

After completely repairing and replacing fences, we also installed new roofing, painted the exterior, and repaired the soffit and fascia on the outside buildings!

The completion of the repair and replacement of fences marks a significant milestone in the ongoing restoration project at Myakka Pines Golf Club in Englewood, Florida. As our dedicated team battles the scorching Florida heat, we are excited about the progress we are seeing and the feedback we are getting from the leadership at Myakka.

In addition to the fences, we took on the installation of new roofs that were damaged by Hurricane Ian. These new roofs were not only replaced for aesthetic purposes but also to provide an upgrade to the old materials built to withstand the always unpredictable Florida weather.

Furthermore, fresh coats of paint have been meticulously applied to breathe new life into the various structures around the community. This renewed vibrancy uplifts the overall ambiance and showcases our effort to restore the community back to its original beauty. Additionally, our skilled team replaced the soffit and fascia, a process that helps add additional protection.

Amidst the relentless Florida heat that regularly reached triple digits in temperature, the team was successful at removing and installing non-structural concrete pads for the pump house and maintenance buildings. Our team demolished the existing concrete, and soon after, poured new layers of concrete.

The Myakka Pines Golf Club project has not been without its challenges, but our team's relentless determination has yielded substantial progress.

While exterior renovations have been substantial, interior work remains an ongoing endeavor. Looking ahead, our next step is renovating the large clubhouse, which includes a pro shop, offices, bathrooms, and more.

Our excitement for the project's progress is matched only by our unwavering dedication to delivering a final result that exceeds expectations and reinstates Myakka Pines Golf Club as a jewel in the Englewood community.
